tranquil retreat well-stocked mini bar fresh towels prompt staff
My superior double room garden view provided a tranquil retreat. it had a well-stocked mini bar. I found water, juice, and some snacks. fresh towels were readily available each day, a small detail i very much appreciated. the staff promptly addressed any requests.
i noticed that the gym equipment, while functional, showed minor signs of wear and tear.

the breakfast buffet included an omelet station with several fresh ingredients. i saw a variety of pastries, fresh fruit, and local cheeses. the food was AMAZING!!! the restaurant offered both indoor and outdoor seating.

The reception staff arranged for a taxi to the airport. It arrived within minutes. housekeeping maintained a high standard of cleanliness throughout my stay. i received help with my luggage upon arrival and departure.

noisy view inconsistent housekeeping
The room i got, a superior double room, wasn't exactly what i expected. it faced an air conditioning unit. it made sitting on the balcony less than appealing, and the constant hum was pretty noticeable at night. We could have had a better view. also, getting a refill on the complimentary water bottles seemed like pulling teeth. i thought a luxury hotel wouldn't be so stingy with something so basic. housekeeping was also a bit inconsistent, sometimes skipping the turn-down service altogether. there was inconsistent housekeeping, noisy view
